A horrible day - wet and very windy. I've hardly left the house -its too scary out there with the trees creaking and greenhouses rattling. I know there are trees down locally and i don't want to be near one when it happens.
This maybe the worst May I can remember.

Definitely a bit blowy here, no damage noted as yet but then I haven't ventured out to look yet

10’C strong winds and torrential rains up to about an hour ago. Still cold and windy but it’s drying up now.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Dry and grey at the moment. I did a quick hour at the plot this morning and feel knackered. Puddles, sliding, stuck in mud. ATM the weather has beaten me

Wind's dropped, Sun's out-ish, beans snapped, everything covered with bright green shredded leaves from the oak trees. forsythia branches hanging limply over the path - will become cuttings  .
