Made some more chive flower vinegar.
A little experimental as I’ve used the rest of the chives as well, not just flowers. So it won’t be a nice pink this time round but hopefully it’ll taste the same. Run out of the first 2 batches already. It’s just so good!

Next year I’m going to make garlic chive flower vinegar hope it’s as the chive one is. I’ll have to sow more seeds though garlic chive flowers are tiny.

It’s nearly chive vinegar time   . Flowers are starting to open. 
Going to be making a lot this year. Ran out of last years batch in January! Don’t want to do that again.

I checked mine yesterday SC no sign of them opening just yet.
