Evening folks
My friend has some bags of moss and has asked if I wanted them for the allotment, do I, what can I use it for?

I’d stuff a bird feeder (fat ball or peanut) with it so the birds can use it for nesting materials.
I’ve got one stuffed with goose down from my last round of plucking.

Birds nests? Compost?

Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.

Bury it under where you are going to grow beans to conserve moisture.

I’ve got one stuffed with goose down from my last round of plucking. Dog fur in mine! I once made some fishing flies from my dogs hairs and was astounded when I actually caught a trout with them!

My top lawn is incredibly mossy. I find the moss doesn't rot down in the compost heap very quickly.
