I don't spy anything beginning with U. I could have udon noodles but I don't

Can't spot anything else.

I spy unopened packets & tins. Nothing that actually begins with a u.

I have Spied in time past..............Umboshi plums, Ugni fruit, Unleavened bread. Today its Unripe plums and unopened packets.

I spy unsalted butter (cooking & eating), urad dal.
