Don't tell anyone but I have eaten dog biscuits! I wanted to see how hard they were. Doggy chocs were OK but I haven't tried any tinned meat like Pal - and I won't be either.

I one had a job visiting factories and one factory near Widnes was producing dog food. One of the jobs was that of taster. I didn't like the smell in there never mind eating the stuff.
My mum told me once that one of her brothers came home rather drunk once and helped himself to some dog food thinking it was corned beef.
