That’s a lot of chillies to grow SC, will you grow them all from seed ?
I am growing from plug plants ordered from Sea Spring plants, hope they manage to get through Brexit ok.
This is what I’ve ordered

SC, do you sow yours under lights? (Not that I have got any) And when do you start sowing? Not that I'm trying to compete of course but my list is similar to Danny's with the addition of your seed contributions. Chillies and peppers are new to me so I'm getting a bit excited in anticipation. How sad is that!

It depends on the variety as to when I sow. I normally start the week between Christmas and new year for my super hots. January and February for the others. I don’t sow under lights. But they get potted on & go under lights the day they germinate. They definitely need heat to germinate. If you don’t have a propagator an airing cupboard or even putting a plastic bag over the pot as a mini greenhouse on your window sill will work.
Getting excited about sowing Chillies is NOT sad , it’s perfectly normal .

I expect my chillies and peppers will go in the same time as the early tomatoes in February. I'm still dithering about a small light thingy from Garland. Waiting to see if they have a sale after Christmas. PS. Who says anything about the lot of us is 'normal'?
