Burning unseasoned wood?

Still burning ash from the big tree that had to come down with some small stuff from plum and apple trees.
All stashed in the log store/old car port where I also dry my washing.
Two wheelie bins of logs parked outside the living room doors, ready to top up the log basket.

Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.

I don’t think we’ll be buying coal again!
My daughter ha a multi fuel stove similar to mine. Because of coal burning she is always haivng to replace parts, grate etc, numerous times. Because I only burn wood I have never had to replace the grate in about  seven years of burning. Cool

I hae a variety of log storage areas, some close to the french doors and others more distant. Smile
