I can’t think of anything that’s flowering this month beginning with J. I even did a google search and for what’s flowering in May and nothing with J came up.

My lilac is flowering and it's white! That was a really nice surprise, and I will definitely dig up the little plants that are shooting up around it. I'm hoping to plant a little square around a seating area. We call is a lilac arbor here. Does that kind of thing get planted in England?
