Finished up being a big breakfast at Wetherspoons ( left the hash browns and toast) and just had a red sticker, what used to be sold as Pastami, but is now sold as BBQ smoked brisket, which is what pastrami is? along with pease pudding and pickled onions. Still not full so may have some cheese and crackers before bed?

B. Soft fruit, yogurt & granola
L. Mozzarella, lettuce and pickled gherkins in a wrap
Tangerine and grapes
D. Thinly sliced courgettes, in a light flour & water batter, shallow fried. I chopped some spring onions into the remaining batter and fried that too - like an onion pancake. Sprinkled everything with parmesan. Really enjoyed eating something that wasn't leftovers!!
All FREE except the yogurt & granola.

Cheap smoked bacon (£1.00) and scrambled farm eggs (£1.50 half dozen) for brunch. I have just eaten a whole, sliced, oven cooked gammon joint with pease pudding and cranberry Wensleydale. Kato had some of the gammon as well.

B. The last of the TGTW soft fruit, with granola & yogurt
L. A Millionaire's YumYum.
D. Vegetable, mushrooms & bean stuffed tacos. They were tiny, meant as party food - so I pretended I was at a party!
