Nope and nope. I knew you'd be confused. 
I aim to sow seeds on a Monday, weather and mood permitting and they're sown wherever appropriate, never mind what VP it may be. If its Roots & Shoots week, I concentrate on those all week - sowing, thinning, transplanting, whatever they need. Then they're ignored for the next two weeks as its the turn of Fruits and leaves. It means that there is a 3 week cycle for sowing the same type of seed to maintain successional cropping.

I bought a YS/half price Pukka Pad Project Book today. Its divided into 3 sections and each section has more than 17 pages in it. I stopped counting at 17 - its probably about 25.
