Leathery, reddish trailing leaves and pretty pale blue flowers.
Perennial/tender??

Don’t think it’s perennial. Sorry to say think it’s just coming to the end of it’s season / life.
This is a perennial lobelia my friend brought me last week.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

If you pkeep it frost free over winter, you will find out if it is perennial.
