Getting rid of a jar/tin a day sounds a brilliant idea. My cupboards are overflowing. I might join you in a desultory way. I know full well once I've used a tin, I'll need it f something else so will buy two more to replace it, just in case Smile there's no hope!
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework

My Tin of the Day was Broccoli & Stilton. It was so disgusting that I threw most of it down the drain. Who on earth thought that this would make a good soup?
I have another tin of this which is actually in date so I'll give it away - maybe to the Food Bank (sorry!).
The Moneyless Chicken says:-
Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.
