I've never heard of steamed eggs, but I may give them a try for breakfast tomorrow.   

I'll opt for soft boiled, but only if there are soldiers.  Otherwise hard boiled.  Sorry,  but neither of the personalities fit me.

I don't like the texture of the white of an egg so mostly eat them omeletted or scrambled.

I like poached eggs we’re having them for lunch today.
