Creeping thyme

Hi all,

I sowed some creeping thyme which has turned into loads and loads of very little seedlings. Do I prick out one by one or, like lobelia, prick out little clumps together?

Thanks!

I have a patch of creeping Thyme but it came in a pot and spread so have no idea what you do with seedlings. It takes a tidy back when you think it’s looking a bit rough, I like it but I don’t eat it.
A pocket knife is not a weapon in the right hands it’s an essential garden tool.

I have grown creeping rhume from seeds and pricked them out in little clumps. Seemed to work and am going to do it again from this years seed. Makes really good ground cover in dry areas.

Thanks. I'll try a few clumps. I have so much, I can try a couple singles too. Planning to use for ground cover and to fill out the pots in the back. We have some in pots that we purchased
as well and the insects really like it. I guess it is edible though? I grow several herbs for decorative or wildlife purposes.
