Dear Panel

I have determined that some of my apple trees have blossom wilt/wither tip. I believe it is a fungus for which there is no control. Does this mean my trees are 'goners' and should be removed?

Disappears to find out what wither tip is and whether the fungus is edible. Tongue

Interesting read I have both James Grieve and Cox in my garden.

I've no idea what varieties have been affected,  but both are eaters.  I fear poor hygiene on my part (the gardening sort not personal  Big Grin - we're harking back to your automatic loo, I think). I didn't remove the brown rotten apples last season.
