I regularly make my own garlic butter. Today I’ve just made honey butter for the first time. It works nicely on a crumpet.
What flavoured butter do you make? And what do you use it for?

Slightly off topic but a dollop of butter in my coffee along with cream in the morning usually means I can last to the aftenoon without any food, as butter is a food fo me!! I have a little battery operated swizzle stick which makes it foam up nicely!
I thougt about making some apple butter with my dehydated apples if I ground it up in a pestle and mortar? , but I haven't tried it yet!

I used to make garlic butter but these days my butter just goes into my mouth, with or without substrate. I'm toying with the idea of rosemary butter as my fad atm is Aldi rosemary scrocchi crackers laden with butter. I don't think they're supposed to be buttered but it a fine vehicle for some nice butter.

I love home made flavoured butters! I tend to use spreads though, as I mix a whole tub and it fits right back into its original tub.
All herbs are lovely - I tend to use dried, as they last longer than fresh herbs.
Garlic
Lemon
Horseradish
Sweet chili (with bottled sauce)
Mustard
The options are endless. Maybe fruity ones would work too, if honey works?
