Today's something new will be trying to pair my phone with bluebell and use Android Auto to satnav. Bluebell's own satnav is pathetic. I see some swearing and confusion on the horizon.

Did you enjoy it,  is covering giving you concern or will it be a doddle.  Figuring out how much of anything to bake or cook would flummox me.  A cafe we go to always has lovely cakes scones and pastries and I can never figure out how they manage to have such a selection and still keep it fresh as it's not a big place, nor posh or very busy. It's run by a charity that employs disabled people and there's a charity shop next to it run by the same organisation (that's why my pal likes going there). They do a mean bacon, brie and cranberry pannini.
No I never enjoy being in a kitchen environment. Not since I was a chef for 3 / 4 years. But it’s helping out some who is very good to use and it’s more money to put into the house. Luckily I don’t have to worry too much about quantity. If it sells out. That’s it. Sold out of lots of stuff yesterday. As at one point there were people queuing out the door.  Luckily there are 2 teams that work in the cafe. I’ll be working with the A team (named because they know what they’re doing and one of them is the owner) who do 3 days a week . I wouldn’t work with the dream team (named because they’re away with the fairies) and they do 4 days a week.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

It's the end of an era getting a card license.  They also wanted me to return my paper one. Funnily I haven't yet got round to it yet, they're going to have to insist and I can't see that happening. That paper license is a piece of history and nostalgia.

From now on JJB I'll be renewing my licence every 3 years,  I did send back my paper one it was either that or the shredder.

My new thing:

I've boned a leg of lamb, too big for two of us at one sitting. Now deboned and vacuum packed in two packs for the freezer.
