JJB in spring we can see it growing each day We have a patch of it next to our new house site. Which will be getting eradicated. Which is possibly its just time consuming. You know it’s edible? Apparently the young stems taste like rhubarb. Never tried it. Always remember to last in the season.

SC I've seen some Japanese Knotweed recipes think it was Alys Fowler.
Its a scary if people starting collecting it then dumping any leftovers in the bin
