My main meal is brunch at 11.00.I had king prawns, scrambled egg and trout.Then a ribeye steak for a snack later.

D Stirfried courgette, mushrooms and tomato on couscous.
All FREE execpt the yogurt (45p from Morries - large tub lasts a week).
