1 lb of pork mince,one egg, a handfull of grated parmesan type cheese,two small shallots diced, a whole head of garlic diced, basil,papriks, salt & pepper.
All scrunched up with one hand in a bowl and formed into five patties which were shallow fried in dripping. Very tasty and very filling.

Hit lucky at Morries last night and managed to get a couple of YS ribeye steaks for buttons. Ribeye steak, black pudding and eggs for brunch.
