Fried off some lambs liver, cooked of some belly pork in oven. Chopped belly pork into chunks the size of liver pieces and up til now just been grazing on them cold! Very tasty and filling!

The lasagne turned out more larger than I expected

Scrambled egg and full fat cottage cheese for brekkie , ribeye & black pudding for lunch and just had rest of cottage cheese with Garlic sausage for tea/supper!
