Fried chicken livers and prawns. Hard to believe I am on my three score years and ten final year and have never had chicken liver before?

B. Sourdough malted bread with blackcurrant jam
L. The leftover fish fillet in a sandwich. I microwaved the fish to warm it up but it was as tough as the sole on my boots.
D. Cheap cheese & tomato pizza ?69p with some red pesto to liven it up.

They can overlook in the pan very easily and become dry and grainy.

So much so that I could see a 'pinkish' tinge but I imagine they would go rubbery or dry if overcooked.
