Last night was chicken and veggie stir fry with spinach noodles.
Not try spinach noodles before, they were very nice.
Tonight will be sausage, chips & beans. Because that’s what I fancy.

Two Chinese (ish) recipes combined. Egg-Foo-Yung on boiled rice with Sweet & Sour sauce.
Tasted better than what it sounds!
