Fishy Friday so yellow sticker smoked haddock and Indian Style Grains.
The 'Good Grains' ae new to me and have 'Spiced wheat grains with a rich coconut cream and raisins, for a real fuse of flavours' Very tasty and at 85p a packet, will be on my shopping list for the future!

Chinese day for me!
At lunchtime I made pork & prawn dumplings with my chineses Daughter-in-Law and had them for lunch. When I got home I was inspired and got the wok out. I then made Chinese chicken and veg stir fry.

D. Chicken-Free nuggets from bottom of freezer,, potato and carrot mash, Mint sauce from garden. 1.
Only bought item was the "nuggets". The rest was FREE. 3 points.

Moreish chicken which is basically chicken, mushrooms and bacon in a thyme, cream cheese sauce. Served with pasta. Very nice indeed
