L. Bread roll and seafood sticks, lettuce & mayo
D. Fish cakes made from leftover mash and chopped up seafood sticks with mini popcorn cooked with soy sauce.

Fried YS pork loin steaks with buttered egg & cottage cheese plus chilli flakes. Had some Bramley apple with it to offset the porks fattiness.
