'Dirty' scarmbled eggs for elevenses.
Fried two handfulls of frozen beef & Pork mince, put to one side,added buter to pan and fried up a chopped small red onion and added to mince. Added more butter to pan and added five beaten eggs. Once partly cooked added mince & onions back into pan and scrambled the lot!
I added scrambled eggs to a large bowl and added Himalayan salt and a couple of teaspoons of dried chilli's. Tbh it looked disgusting, but tasted devine!
Deffo be making it again in the near future!

B. Porridge and honey
L. Vegetable crispbreads with taramasalata and rocket.
D. Leftover taco beans with kale and mixed veg mash fry up.
The crispbreads were YS 50p. Lots left.

Ribeye and eggs for elevenses, lamb chops and mixed seafood plus chilli & spring onions for supper. (Spring onions and chilli's were Yellow Sticker purchases I just couldn't resist)
