For lunch/dinner I had chilli infused grilling cheese with a ribeye and scrambled eggs. I also cooked a piece of beef 'skirt' which I have never eaten before, but it was too much for one plate so I will maybe have it cold later?

L. Toasted cheesy bread with marmite and lettuce. Pear.
