For lunch, two large grilled pieces of fatty braising steak (£3 summat) with a bunch of 10p Yellow sticker Asparagus which I couldn't resist.A large lump of butter added as extra flavouring.

This evening fishfingers chips and baked beans.

Tuscan Bean soup. I still have bags of frozen tomatoes and jars of dry beans from last year to use up so I made a big pot of soup, all from home grown ingredients. Delicious!

Smoked cooking bacon and eggs fro brekkie. Just had four small lamb chops done in the air fryer so that should do me for today. Its Saturday tomorrow so I can stock up on ribeye tomorrow at Morries.
