Tonight we’re going to a BBQ. Every burger & hotdog eaten will help raise money for the Mull & Iona ranger service.

L. Missed it.
D. 3 leftover veggie sausages (20p), Fried sliced potatoes (2p) Sugarsnap peas, mushrooms cooked in a jar of white lasagna sauce.

Total cost - 22p.
Will probably have a YS scone later (4 for 19p) with more homemade jam.

Out again tonight. Same place ( the old post office, at the end of the road ) different event. We’re having a Syrian meal.

D Stirfried spring onions, mushrooms and courgettes with Couscous.

Total cost - 5p - all the rest was FREE or from the garden.

Cold meats and salad two days running, I'll have to put my thinking cap on for tonight's dinner, it might include the first homegrown sweetcorn, everything else will pale into insignificance.
