If it's in the fridge and needs eating. Today was Katsu vegetable stir fry with fried black puding! 
Wasn't as bad as it sounds!

It was supposed to be Meatless Monday yesterday but I mistakenly had a bacon sarnie for breakfast!
So today it's Meatless Tuesday!
My vegetarian meal for today was No Chicken Katsu Bakes plus Red Onion & Goats Cheese Lattices with garden salad.
