RE: 2023 - Tonight's recipe - Bren - 16-06-2023 Chunky fish fingers, chips, mushy peas and Tatar sauce. RE: 2023 - Tonight's recipe - Veggie - 16-06-2023 I shopped locally today and dined on the seasonal menu. B. Rhubarb and granola L. Cucumber, mint and yogurt dip (pseudo tzatziki) with sourdough toast. Strawberries. D. Noodles with mangetout, onions and a sort of satay sauce (Peanut butter and soy sauce). FREE except the granola, yogurt and peanut butter. Even the noodles were free. RE: 2023 - Tonight's recipe - Vinny - 17-06-2023 Breakfast was scrambled eggs with bits of ham in it and just for good measure I grated some Paremesan cheese on it. I've just finished eating lambs liver, bacon & onions in an onion gravy. If I am pecish later I have a small ham joint in the slow cooker, bubbling away nicely. I added a tin of cherry pepsi max cola as an experiment so I'll see how that turns out? RE: 2023 - Tonight's recipe - Small chilli - 17-06-2023 Piri piri chicken with chips & salad RE: 2023 - Tonight's recipe - Bren - 17-06-2023 Tagliatelle, Bol with pesto and garlic bread. RE: 2023 - Tonight's recipe - Veggie - 17-06-2023 B. Raspberries, rhubarb & granola L. Sourdough toast with cheese & cucumber D. Quorn sausages with Carlin peas. Granola, cheese, sausages & dried peas cost money, the rest didn't. RE: 2023 - Tonight's recipe - Vinny - 18-06-2023 Got to be ribeye on Fathers day, maybe even DOUBLE ribeye! RE: 2023 - Tonight's recipe - Bren - 18-06-2023 Toad in the hole with carrots, cabbage and frozen French beans. RE: 2023 - Tonight's recipe - Veggie - 18-06-2023 B. Rhubarb, granola & yogurt L. Cold Quorn sausage sandwich with balsamic onion chutney D. The rest of the sausages with the rest of the carlin peas and mashed spuds.
