Made a sriracha type chilli sauce. That’s 90% of the chilli harvest used up.

Made two jars of cherry plum jam with some free fruit that I was given last week.

I made 4 - 5 lb blackcurrant jam. Now where on earth am I going to store it. P says my shelves were never made to carry such weight.

Blackcurrant jam is my favourite with whole blackcurrants in it (not keen on the jelly)

I keep jam in an outside shed with pickles and chutney and jars of tomatoes.

Made eight jars of blackcurrant jam. I like the idea of storing externally so I don't clutter up my shelves. Shame the original pantry in the house has been turned into a downstairs loo!
