RE: 2022 - Tonight's recipe - Veggie - 08-04-2022 (07-04-2022, 07:56 PM)Veggie Wrote: Wonky jacket potatoes (2 because they're smaller than your average jacket spud) with a yellow sticker tub of King Prawn cocktail in a seafood sauce (down from £2 to 20p ). Luckily, it was very nice - because I bought 3 tubs.Almost the same tonight but with couscous and Bijou mangetout (all 18 of them) instead of potatoes. RE: 2022 - Tonight's recipe - Vinny - 09-04-2022 I had a strange mixture of fried choritso flavoured sausages, mushrooms and brocolli. Can't remember where I got the sausage but if I see any more I will get them again as they were really nice. Going to make some Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia for tomorrow (might sneak a slice when its warm later on) from a reduced price bread machine mix. My bread machine gave up the ghost so I will make it in the oven. I will also put some frozen steak & kidney in the slow cooker for tomorrows dinner. RE: 2022 - Tonight's recipe - Admin - 09-04-2022 Turkey with potato wedges and veg RE: 2022 - Tonight's recipe - SarrissUK - 09-04-2022 Pork stirfry with sprouting broccoli, beans, onion, cabbage, carrot and loads more. Very tasty. RE: 2022 - Tonight's recipe - Small chilli - 09-04-2022 Sweet potato, coconut & chilli soup. Not homemade but it was free RE: 2022 - Tonight's recipe - Veggie - 09-04-2022 A tin of Macaroni cheese from that bag of free tins I was given. It was disgusting - like eating slimy old socks. Fortunately, there was just the one tin. RE: 2022 - Tonight's recipe - Bren - 10-04-2022 Toad in the hole with carrots, kale/sprouts and peas. RE: 2022 - Tonight's recipe - SarrissUK - 10-04-2022 Mince in gravy with carrots, broccoli, swede and cabbage, on top of a good dollop of mash. RE: 2022 - Tonight's recipe - Vinny - 10-04-2022 Steak & kidney low carb Sunday dinner.......no spuds! The slow cooked S & K made wonderful gravy.
