You've only answered half the question - so I don't know which one you think is T&M - and it could be neither.

Its not all doom and gloom as I spotted the T&M Guarantee and decided to put it to the test.
I emailed the contact address on the packet and it bounced!! So much for customer care.
Next step, sent a message on FB which wasn't quite as sarky as the email as I'm not too competent on FB so it was shorter.
Then, I checked their website and found the "Contact us" site - which looked remarkably similar to the one that had bounced...........but I forwarded my email anyway. Its been acknowledged and they'll get back to me in 72 hours.
Meanwhile, they'd replied on FB offering to replace the seeds (which are reduced to £1 for 125 seeds on the site). After sending them my address, they came back and said the seeds were in short supply so they'd send me another sort - ?Opera.
Bit of a palaver but I can't let them get away with duff seeds. If anyone else has the GYO free packet, don't rely on germination.
