Vinny, make a turkey meat loaf that you can carve into slices or burgers. No recipes sorry but any meatloaf recipe will do.

SD cinnamon bun
D. YS Dauphinoise potatoes in a Cheese and Garlic sauce accompanied by a mess of greens.

I may buy some more at a later date and try a few differnt recipes but turkey mince wasn't cheap and I would rather spend the money on chicken mince which has a little bit more taste? Watch this space for my next exciting recipe!! .......NOT
