Just wanted to say that I’ve made a similar recipe but used Panko breadcrumbs along with the spices for the crispy coating. Yum!.
Can’t go expecting our little shops to have fancy stuff like Panko breadcrumbs. It does sound good though

Satay stirfry with rice today - quickest possible meal that I couldn't taste a thing of, but I could feel the spice in my mouth and it was healthy.
