Proppa Sunday dinner today.
Roast pork with crackling (in oven now, slowly cooking). I have a load of apples that need using up so will slice them up and cook them with pork.The rest will be whichever veg I have in the fridge or freezer (haven't looked yet) I will try and stay clear of root veg if possible to be more keto aware but will add some roasted parsnips I know I have in the freezer somewhere.

Kato doesn't usually like any veg but somerimes he surprises me by clearing the plate of leftover salad. 
If I have salad with a meal I have to eat the salad first as it gets left if I don't!
