Fruit salad or fruit and yogurt. Just wish it was better weather for cold meals.

I often have leftovers in wraps with a bit of grated cheese added, very tasty and handy to take when out walking.

Tabbouleh with either freshly made couscous or the ones you get ready made in a bag. Lovely. I don't think boiling the kettle is cooking - you could do it when you're making a cuppa! And I often do - I love tabbouleh. No one else does in the house though. It's fabulous for lunch and keeps for days.

Sorry, Sarriss but boiling a kettle uses "energy" unless you boil the kettle on a woodstove or in a twig kettle Smile
