D. Stirfried garden veg ( chard, mangetout, mustard and kale) plus carrots and ginger with spicy couscous.
There'll be another cupcake or two later.

Bob had nachos. I had Staffordshire oatcakes with cheese. Neither of us could be bothered cooking after throwing scaffolding around all day.

Fishy Friday so breaded Pollock with steamed broccolli and a home made cheese sauce.

Why have I always used 'packeted' cheese sauce mixes,when they are so easy to make and taste so much better homemade.
