RE: Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night! - JJB - 13-11-2021 Just back from an outing on the bus into town. P needed to collect meds from the pharmacy so I tagged along for the ride, just to cramp his style. Saturday in town is market day and very busy, too many wrinklies blocking up pavements and passage ways with various walking aids chattering....ooops I may be one of those wrinklies but at least no walking aids yet. Sun is trying to peep out so after a cuppa it'll be operation relocate the compost bin. Mucky job but someone has to do it, I wasn't going to attempt it in the rain and drizzle of the last few days. Thanks Vinny for implanting the image of you doing Bellyfit - I might need a lie down RE: Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night! - JJB - 13-11-2021 Didn't get compost moved, had to clear all the copper beech leaves from the site then wanted to put a chicken wire netting base to stop ratty but didn't have enough small mesh stuff. Will get some tomorrow. Didn't waste our time though, managed to clear and bag loads of leaves ready to shred until sundown.n RE: Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night! - Bren - 13-11-2021 Here's one for you Vinny, Burlesque classes I know someone who goes there to keep fit. btw its not me. Not sure what you're thinking of, Broadway. RE: Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night! - Admin - 14-11-2021 Morning All Rather dull morning here, following a mild night (11°). No overnight issues from yesterday's booster, bar the sore arm. So much to do over the allotments it's difficult to know where to start. I have been in one those moods where I keep flitting between jobs are never actually completing anything. I need to make a list! Enjoy your Sunday everyone RE: Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night! - Vinny - 14-11-2021 (13-11-2021, 07:01 PM)Bren Wrote: Here's one for you Vinny, Burlesque classes I know someone who goes there to keep fit.Daughter used to do those! I can't find my fishnets so will have to pass on that one. RE: Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night! - Vinny - 14-11-2021 Morning all Watched boxing last night but couldn't be bothered to stay up for the big one in America. Watched it this morning on DAZN. Didn't get to lottie yesterday (best laid plans and all that.....) but after a nice shower I will take Kato for a walk and POSSIBLY get to lottie today! Didn't like what I saw on the scales this morning so going to try a 48 hour fasting period and skip my Sunday dinner! Had a good mooch around local shops yesterday and did way too much impulse buying so need to give myself a good slap for that. TTFN RE: Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night! - JJB - 14-11-2021 Nothing wrong with impulse buying, I've spent a lifetime indulging in it. Even better if it's garden related. Even better if it's garden related. That's why i like charity shops things usually cost a couple of pounds, when you have a change of mind later you can donate them back. |
