RE: 2026 - Good morning, afternoon and good night! - Bren - 01-01-2026 Happy New Year, here's to a good growing season. RE: 2026 - Good morning, afternoon and good night! - JJB - 01-01-2026 Best wishes for a wonderful 2026 to all. I'm looking forward to more chat, challenges, advice and daftness, and of course spring. RE: 2026 - Good morning, afternoon and good night! - Mark_Riga - 18-01-2026 Well I'm hoping to start an experiment tomorrow. In the autumn, I collected some acorns: one big one, 3 medium and a small. I'll plant them and see if the trees that grow out of them match the size of acorn. I'll monitor them for may be 40 years by which time it should be able to see if the tiddler caught up with it's mates and if the big one is much taller or stouter. [attachment=8640] I should probably have planted them when I collected them as I doubt they like drying out too much. RE: 2026 - Good morning, afternoon and good night! - Veggie - 18-01-2026 Make sure you label which one is which. 40 years is a long time to rely on your memory. 40 days is more than I can manage.
RE: 2026 - Good morning, afternoon and good night! - JJB - 19-01-2026 How nice to think you've got 40 years left to monitor anything!
