They have only seen the (rather bad) estate agent photos so far. Seeing as I decided not to view after seeing those in May (until the agent persuaded me), I don't think they do a good job of selling the house!

My lovely vendor has left me so many keys. There must be at least 40 of them! She's tried to label them but confessed she didn't know what some of them were for. I'm half expecting to find a hidden room somewhere...
