A bit of salt and oil on them and then bunged in the microwave  they look like they would make a nice tasty crisp!?   Never tried it so don't know. Like all crisps, they would probably go soggy if stored.

Also potential for the oil to go rancid if stored for to long.

Just toss them in salt & whatever other seasoning you like before dehydrating to make crisps.
