Bren , can you point me in the direction of a recipe for your Indian apple chutney? There are so many out there, it's far easier to go with a personal recommendation.

my friend sent me this recipe for chilli and tomato jam. I’ve not made it yet but she swears by it, thought it worth sharing. Excuse the finger marks and smears it shows it’s been well used.

After all the chopping this morning I ended up with 3 jars of Apple and Ginger Chutney...need to do more next week.
4 jars or rhubarb, orange and ginger jam
2 jars Courgette pickle
3 jars pickled nasturtium seeds
3 jars Indian apple chutney.

Just made three jars of apple and chilli jelly. I shall be trying the eggcupfull that wouldn't fit in a jar later today.
