2020/21 - Tonight’s recipe

Meat, onions, potato and mushroom pie with carrots, french beans and peas.

I like to add a tablespoon of Worcester sauce when I’m cooking the steak and onions it makes all the difference to the pie gravy.

I agree about the Worcester sauce I always add it to grave, even with curry sauce bases I add it, I think it’s the anchovies

Beef curry and rice

Tortellini minestrone soup with parmesan and a slice of sourdough.

Roast potatoes carrots and peas with a gamma steak and a nice big slice of pineapple on top and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Yum yum

Roast pork with lots of home grown veggies and some sweet potatoes

Fish and chips...I know, boring after reading the above!!

Home made mince & onion pie with gravy. Made a Korma with rice earlier as OH doesn't like hot curries.
