This evening we had tuna steaks marinated in soy sauce, garlic, ginger and chilli with pasta and green beans.
Only one more bag of runner beans left in the freezer.

Most of the time I cook our meals from scratch and enjoy it but today I really fancied curry which is not something I am remotely comfortable making (in pre-lockdown times I would just visit a local curry house). I, therefore made the curry using onion, pepper, leftover cooked new potatoes and frozen king prawns with a jar of tikka masala sauce. We had it with bought naan bread.
This will be a new addition to regular meals as it was made in half an hour and tasted so, so good, in fact better than some curries I have had in a curry house.

Tonight's dinner will be bolognaise with the last trombos out of the freeze from last year. Nothing else homewgrown in there, but it smells divine in the slowcooker Smile

I have lettuce only just big enough to start picking outside, so that will be on the side Smile
