Avian Influenza

I've just caught up with this on the BBC news and wasn't aware of its ferocity. Thankfully I don't have any chickens at allotment just now or else it would have been a nightmare to try and keep them locked up. Poor things would wonder what was happening, and if you have ex bats who have just satrted enjoyng the natural outdoor life, it must be horrible. Sick
Feel sorry for anyone who has had to cull there birds because of it. From what I gather eggs will still be freely available, especially from the poor battry hens. You watch, instead of toilet rolls people will start stocking up on eggs causing supply problems. Angry

Wasn't Brexit supposed to stop all this flu brought in by immigrant birds?

Funnily enough I was just noticing the geese were out again at the farm! Cool Not nice to learn the poor buggers have to be locked up again? Sick
