I'm not a tea drinker... Coffee or wine for me ?but will occasionally have mint and lemon /cucumber water stored cold in the fridge for the summer.

Some of those concoctions scare me a bit - theres a reason why they aren't on the supermarket shelves Wink

I've stopped drinking coffee and wine so I have to get my kicks from other things!
Today is a very nice blend of (prepare yourself Scarlet) - rosehip peels, spruce needles. daisies, strawberry leaves, peppermint, blackberry leaves, sage, milkwort leaves and linden flowers.

Is this your own concoction or a pre-packaged item?

Its Pre-packaged - was given to me with the other odd herbal teas. I only have a bit of the label but the rest of it is in German (I think).

It's a sweet soup, more like a fruit sauce, I suppose lol Or compote! We'd have it as a snack in Sweden, or as a sweet pud after dinner in the evening. We do a blueberry soup too, in the same vein - that is gorgeous too Smile

Here's a bit of history, along with an easy to make recipe, without having to fiddle with removing the seeds Smile
