My version used trombo rather than butternut and kale not spinach as I have both, and homemade rough puff pastry rather than puff. That looks lovely thanks for sharing that recipe. I’ve had to go find me a version without mushrooms as I’m allergic.

Carved the last of the turkey and popped into the freezer, two portions for when we have our rice type dish
