Something interesting I seen on Instagram - Can the Man - 13-02-2021
And seen this about a weed called Purslane thought it worth sharing as the poster is using an old book on herbs and weeds etc. for medicinal cures.

There are 2 sorts of purslane - winter purslane aka Claytonia/Miner's lettuce and summer purslane -Portulaca olearacea which is the one in your link.
Both are edible but are completely different plants.

We have the summer one and the thing i noticed is how quickly that small patch to feed a family becomes an entire garden full! Evil rampant stuff, but we do eat a bit of it.
